Questions
How long does the video take?
The chat with Santa takes a few minutes. After it, a short sample of the video is ready in a few minutes. After payment, your full video is made within a few minutes, and you can download it from the same page. We also email you the link.
How can I check that my child’s name sounds right?
Once you’ve typed the name, you can hear how Santa says it. If it doesn’t sound right, choose one of the versions with the stress on a different syllable. After watching the sample you can still make changes with the “Change answers” button.
What will I see before I pay?
A short sample of the video, marked “SAMPLE”, in which Santa says your child’s name. If you like it, you pay and get the full video in Full HD, without the mark.
How much does the video cost?
The early price is 15 ₼ until 14 December, then 19 ₼ (Azerbaijani manats). There’s no extra charge for photos.
Do I need photos and a letter?
No. Your child’s name, age and whether they’re a girl or a boy are enough. If you like, add up to 4 photos: they’ll appear in Santa’s magic book. You can also add a photo of the letter your child wrote, or write the letter together here. Without a letter, a simple letter will be on Santa’s desk.
What ages and languages is it for?
The videos are made for children aged 3 to 10, in English, Azerbaijani or Russian. Choose the site’s language with the button at the top of the page. In English, Santa can wish your child a Happy New Year or a Merry Christmas. The English film is for one child; a film for brothers and sisters together is made in Azerbaijani or Russian.
How do I download the video and share it with my family?
You can download the video in Full HD or as a smaller copy for WhatsApp. The link works for 7 days, so download and keep the video straight away. With “Send to family” you can send your loved ones a special link: they can watch and download the video, but they can’t delete it.
Will anyone else see my photos?
No. The photos and the letter are used only to make your video, and they’re deleted as soon as it’s ready. Only people with the link can watch the finished video; the link works for 7 days, and then the video is deleted too. Unpaid orders are deleted after 24 hours, and with “Delete my data now” you can delete everything sooner. Your personal data is never used for advertising or to train AI models.
